Chapter Meetings Our chapter meetings are held on the first Saturday of each month at 1 PM, from October to June. All duly initiated members of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., in good standing (not under disciplinary action) are welcome to attend.

Transferring Sorors

If you are an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and would like to transfer your membership to Saint Louis Alumnae, please complete the Membership and Dues Transfer Form to begin the process. 

Reinstating Sorors

If your membership is currently inactive, you may return to active status by submitting your dues and any applicable reinstatement fees. Please visit the Pay Membership Dues page for full details. 

Transfer Process & Timing

Please note that processing times for membership transfers and reinstatements may vary and can take up to 30 days.

While your membership status is being updated, we welcome you to attend chapter meetings as a visitor. To do so, please complete the Visitor Membership Verification Form by the Monday prior the meeting date to allow time for verification.

Sorors,

Dues for the January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 fiscal year are due and payable from July 1, 2025 to September 30, 2025. Please reference the Annual Dues Renewal Form to ensure the accuracy of the amount due for you. For current members, dues received after October 15, 2025 will incur a late fee that is applicable from October 15, 2025 to December 31, 2025. Dues received after December 31, 2025 will incur a reinstatement fee.  Reinstatement fees also apply if you have not been financial for two or more years.

Volunteers

Volunteering with Our Youth Initiatives

To ensure the safety of our organization, volunteers, and youth, Delta Sigma Theta has established a comprehensive risk management framework. All volunteers must meet the following requirements

Who is a Volunteer?

A volunteer is any person aged 18 or older who participates in our youth initiatives on an ongoing basis. This includes Delta Sigma Theta members, non-members, and parents or guardians. All volunteers must successfully complete our screening process.

Youth Initiative Volunteer Application

The application includes a questionnaire, reference requests, and consent forms.

Background Screening

All volunteers must complete a criminal background screening, conducted by a company approved by DST’s national headquarters. The results are valid for three years. To start the process and pay the fees, click on this link.

Annual Risk Management Training

This training is required for all volunteers, including parents who consistently participate. The training provides essential knowledge of our policies and procedures. A schedule of upcoming training sessions is available at this link.
