Founder Madree Penn White desired to charter a new chapter in the middle of the country, in Saint Louis. This strategic location would help fight against racial inequality and improve interracial relations in the region. Under the leadership of Founder Madree Penn White and Charter Members Golda Crutcher, Elizabeth Gross Green, Helen Lucas, and Imogene Wilson, the Lambda Sigma Chapter (now Saint Louis Alumnae) was established on December 19, 1926.

We offer transformative programming designed to inspire, educate, and empower young girls from 1st grade through 12th grade:
🔺Delta Twinkles (Grades 1st–5th): Building strong foundations in leadership, education, the arts, and service before middle school.
🔺 Delta Academy (Grades 6th–8th): Enhancing self-esteem, personal growth, community impact, and career exploration through goal setting.
🔺Delta G.E.M.S. (Grades 9th–12th): Cultivating Black Girl Excellence through leadership, self-worth, and driving positive change.

1. RECA (Radiation Exposure Compensation Act): Learn about education, assistance, and how affected residents can access resources.
2. Violence Reduction: An update on Saint Louis County’s ongoing efforts to keep our neighborhoods safe.

The St. Louis Delta Foundation is teaming up with local chapters of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. to serve our community. We are providing FREE personal hygiene products, toiletries, and non-perishable food items to families across the Greater St. Louis area.
